Our Mission

At 360 Chiro, our mission is to provide high-quality, personalized chiropractic care that empowers our patients to live active, pain-free lives. We are dedicated to identifying the root cause of discomfort and delivering effective, evidence-based treatments that support long-term health and vitality.

Holistic Philosophy

We believe in a holistic, integrated approach to spinal health. By combining traditional chiropractic adjustments with modern functional rehabilitation, we address the body as a whole system. Our philosophy is centered on restoring optimal movement, enhancing neurological function, and fostering sustainable wellness for every individual we serve.

Dr Mo Jafari

With a deep passion for human performance and recovery, Mo Jafari founded 360 Chiro to provide a modern, integrated approach to spinal health. Mo specializes in helping individuals overcome chronic pain and optimize their movement patterns. His approach combines traditional chiropractic techniques with functional rehabilitation to ensure long-term results.

Dr Mo earned his Master’s degree in Chiropractic from AECC University College, one of Europe’s leading chiropractic training institutions. Before this, he completed a Bachelor’s degree in Dental Studies, which provided a strong foundation in anatomy, clinical assessment, and patient care.

His background in dentistry helped develop strong diagnostic skills, attention to detail, and an appreciation of how different systems of the body work together. These skills support a careful and thorough approach when assessing patients and planning treatment.

Dr Mo was drawn to chiropractic after seeing the meaningful difference the right care can make to someone’s quality of life. Patients often arrive frustrated and limited by pain, and it is particularly rewarding to see them regain movement, confidence, and the ability to return to the activities they enjoy.

He takes an evidence-based approach to care, combining current research, clinical experience, and the individual needs of each patient. His focus is on identifying the underlying cause of a problem and helping patients recover in a safe, practical, and effective way.

Dr Mo regularly works with patients experiencing back and neck pain, headaches, sports injuries, and aches that develop over time through work or everyday activities. His approach is patient-centred and focused on long-term results, aiming not only to relieve symptoms but also to improve movement and reduce the likelihood of problems returning.

Outside the clinic, Dr Mo enjoys reading, tending to his allotment, kettlebell training, and relaxing in the sauna. Maintaining his own health reinforces the importance of simple, consistent habits and movement in supporting long-term wellbeing.
