What to expect
For many of our clients, visiting a chiropractor is a new experience. We want you to feel comfortable and confident from the very beginning, and we’ll guide you through each step along the way.

01
Your health history
Your journey begins with an unhurried discussion about your health history and goals. We take the time to listen and understand the root of your concerns, ensuring a personalized approach from day one.
02
Physical examination
We perform a comprehensive physical evaluation, including spinal analysis and functional testing. This modern clinical assessment allows us to map your nervous system and identify specific areas of imbalance.
03
Report of findings
After reviewing the information gathered during your assessment, your second visit provides an opportunity for us to explain our findings.
During this appointment, we will discuss what may be contributing to your symptoms, whether chiropractic care may be appropriate for your situation, and what the next steps may look like. This includes explaining the recommended plan of care, the expected timeframe, and any associated costs.
Our goal is to ensure you have the information you need to make an informed decision about your health.
04
Beginning care
If chiropractic care is appropriate and you decide to take action and start your care with us, your first treatment can be given at the end of this report of findings appointment. We can now start your care plan. We're excited to help you experience the benefits of chiropractic care.
05
Ongoing support
Your journey doesn't end after your initial recommended schedule of care. Once you're feeling better, our focus shifts towards helping you stay that way. As your lifestyle, activity levels and goals evolve, we'll continue to support your long-term health with ongoing assessments, personalised guidance and proactive care-helping you maintain your progress, build resilience, prevent future problems, and keep doing the things you love with confidence.

QUESTIONS
Why See A Chiropractor?

Chiropractic care is effective in managing pain, particularly in the back, neck, and joints. Through precise adjustments we correct misalignments in the spine, helping reduce nerve interference, and relieving pain and discomfort without the need for medication or surgery.
Whether you’re dealing with back pain, neck discomfort, or joint issues, chiropractic care offers a drug-free and non-invasive approach to alleviate pain and enhance your overall well-being.
By restoring proper alignment to the spine and joints, chiropractic care can improve the way your body moves and functions. Whether you're looking to overcome pain, recover from injury, or simply move more comfortably in everyday life, chiropractic adjustments can help optimise movement, reduce stiffness, and improve mobility.
Better movement and joint function can also contribute to improved posture, a reduced risk of injury, and greater confidence in your body's ability to perform everyday activities.
Chiropractic care embraces a holistic approach to health, recognising the interconnectedness of the body. Beyond symptom relief, chiropractors assess lifestyle factors, stress, and environmental influences.
By addressing these underlying issues, chiropractic care supports not only the alleviation of current health concerns but also the promotion of long-term wellness. It’s about fostering a healthy lifestyle that goes beyond the clinic.
While more research is needed to fully understand the connection, some studies suggest that chiropractic care may positively influence the immune system. Proper spinal alignment facilitates optimal nerve function, supporting the body’s ability to respond to the stresses of life.
While not a substitute for traditional healthcare practices, chiropractic care can be a valuable component of your overall health strategy.
The impact of chiropractic care extends beyond the physical realm. Many individuals report reduced stress levels and improved sleep quality after receiving chiropractic adjustments.
By alleviating tension in the muscles and promoting relaxation, chiropractic care contributes to a sense of well-being that extends to your daily life, helping you manage stress more effectively and enjoy better sleep.
Your nervous system controls and coordinates every movement, sensation, and function within your body. When the spine and joints are moving well, they provide more accurate sensory information to the brain, helping the nervous system better coordinate movement, balance, and posture.
Chiropractic care aims to restore normal joint function and reduce mechanical irritation, supporting healthier communication between the brain and body. Many people notice improvements not only in pain and mobility, but also in how efficiently and confidently they move throughout the day.
